Fine Art graduate Jason (AKA Spacey) Grandison forced his audience to engage with serious issues surrounding representation, the sex trade, tourism industries and mainstream media. His project questions who the audience is intended to be in the endless messages that we consume on a daily basis. His clever use of wordplay and objects associated with relaxation, suggested a narrative that challenges the tourism industry and the actions that holiday-makers are told they are entitled to on their travels.
